Hi I am Ali, the owner and the man behind MrDiag. I’ve been working in this trade from the ground up for more than 20 years, and I bring a rare combination of deep mechanical knowledge and advanced auto-electrical expertise to every job. Because I run everything myself, every vehicle gets my full attention from diagnosis to repair.

I use dealer-level diagnostic tools and equipment. That lets me read into modern vehicle systems more accurately, perform precise ECU programming and remapping when needed, and tackle faults other workshops struggle to diagnose. Having the right tools isn’t enough on its own — I also take the time to diagnose patiently and go deep until I find the real cause, not just the obvious symptom.

I treat your money and time like they’re my own. Too many customers have been through the cycle of part-replacement after part-replacement without the real problem being solved. My approach is different: I try to repair before I replace, and I work to fix things correctly at the first opportunity.

Because I understand both the electrical and mechanical sides, I’m able to follow the whole problem from end to end. If an electrician says “you need a mechanic” or a mechanic says “you need an electrician,” I don’t pass you around — I handle both. That one-stop capability saves time, reduces cost, and gives you peace of mind.

I also believe in honesty and clear communication. If I reach the limit of what I can safely diagnose or repair on the spot, I won’t waste your time or mine — I’ll explain the situation clearly and recommend the best next step.
